Project Overview
Chiharu Sushi & Noodle, a family-owned restaurant in Brookline, MA, partnered with our student consulting team through Emerson College’s Introduction to Public Relations course. The goal: strengthen brand identity, build a digital presence, and deepen community engagement. We created a comprehensive PR plan and campaign that included press materials, social media content, and website redesign mockups.

"The Chiharu Anniversary & Cultural Festival"
Originated the idea for this festival on International Sushi Day and developed supporting press materials to promote the event, designed to boost media visibility and strengthen community ties.
Website Revamp
Designed mockups and step-by-step implementation guidelines for a full website redesign, modernizing Chiharu’s digital presence and improving usability.
