Project Overview
With no foundation to build on, I reimagined the Uncle Lou’s brand from the ground up, crafting everything from voice to visuals. I developed a full marketing plan, brand book, and cultural narrative rooted in Zydeco music and Creole heritage. The goal was to show the brand what it could become and provide a clear, actionable roadmap for future growth. Every deliverable was designed to be seamlessly handed off to future designers or marketers, ensuring cultural integrity, brand consistency, and long-term impact.
